After creating my logo earlier this year I could not wait to start creating some fun merchandise with it. I LOVE the logo soooo much!! I started with stickers & window decals (which look amazing) and I just got my tanks in! I worked with a local company on Oahu – Premium Shirt Printing Hawaii – to get my perfect tank (brand: Next Level – one of my favorites!), color, placement, opacity, etc… Here are a couple of photos of the tank before it gets washed. At first I was like, oh no! The desired effect I wanted for the design was with a bit of transparency so the shirt color comes through.

I wrote to Peter at Premium Shirt Printing Hawaii and he explained I just needed to wash it – whew! This is the note Premium Shirt Printing sent to me: Usually, when we use water-based inks, we use a special chemical called a “discharge” agent which removes the dye of the shirt, so that the ink color is brighter. With your shirts, we didn’t use this chemical so that the color of the shirt will show through the white ink more. People really enjoy the look it achieves. – I have to say, I LOVE it! Below are a couple of photos of the desired effect (“surfer girl” not so obvious and kind of faded – love, love, love! Perfect!) –  effect achieved after washing it. I’ve been assured it doesn’t continue to fade with further washing.

NOTE: I only have size SMALL tanks but as you can see in the photos they aren’t skin tight and have some flow – they are also stretchy. Color choices: Blue or Pink. Once the shirts are ready I will email you with your listing and you can purchase online.
